He shall abjure and bear a faggot if he does not recant or offends a second time.

He shall forfeit his goods and suffer perpetual imprisonment if he does not abjure or bear a faggot or offends a third time.

If he refuses to abjure or bear a faggot or offends a third time, he shall be burned and lose all his goods.
