These actiones were five in number -sacramenti ,perjudicis postulationem, per condictionem, per manus injectionem, per pignoris captionem.

The publication of a table of the -legis actiones-, speeches committed to writing and Pythagorean sentences, and even innovations in orthography, are attributed to him.
