Method: Thirty patients with drug-resistant epilepsy underwent bilateral iEEG monitoring to localize epileptogenic focus for surgical treatment.

We defined a realistic ground-truth scenario and compared the effectiveness of different biomarkers alone and combined to localize epileptogenic tissue during surgery.

Future research will address the clinical utility of these recordings for localizing epileptogenic networks and understanding seizure generation.
