Small gate or door (especially one that is part of a larger door)
1The sister said nought, but shut the wicket door, and left us.
2A little before midnight two forms entered the south transept by a little wicket door.

4He was left waiting for a few minutes outside the gate, then the wicket door opened, and the sister requested him to follow her.
