Meanings of ancestral haplotypes in English

We have defined 19 microsatellite clusters corresponding to previously described ancestral haplotypes.

It was found that cells sharing the same ancestral haplotypes do have the same NK-defined specificities.

To test this prediction, multiple cell lines from unrelated individuals sharing the same ancestral haplotypes were tested for the NK-defined allospecificities.
