Purpose: To report a case of occult globe perforation following craniofacial surgery.

We present the early diagnosis and successful surgical treatment of uterine perforation.

Two days later, the right eye was removed because perforation had occurred.

The perforation is the usual 12 and specimens are known entirely imperforate.

Major complications included one perforation, one acute occlusion, and two severe dissections.
