Standard & Poor's has assigned a BB rating to the bond and Fitch Ratings said it expected to assign a BB rating.

S&P said it had assigned a BB+ rating to the deal, which will use Treasury money market funds as investment collateral.

For now, S&P Global Rating has assigned a BB (long-term foreign currency issue) credit rating, pending the guarantee from the government.

S&P has assigned a BB+ rating to the three-year class A notes and a BB rating to the four-year class B notes.
