We present two confirmed cases of hepatic fascioliasis in a nonendemic region.

Due to increasing rates of international travel, hepatic fascioliasis is appearing in nonendemic areas, where diagnosis can be difficult.

The purposes of this report are to discuss computed tomography (CT) findings of hepatic fascioliasis and to review the literature.
