Objective: To study the effectiveness of the MSC cold cap system to prevent chemotherapy- induced alopecia.

Purpose: Chemotherapy- induced alopecia (CIA) is a distressing side effect for women with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.

We report a case of postoperative pressure induced alopecia in a 21-year-old black female after multiple intraoperative procedures.
