Supine height was measured at last followup in all cases.

Ninety-eight percent of patients had a good or excellent radiation-related cosmetic outcome at the time of last followup.

At last followup seven of the eight patients were without pain, and were able to walk without supports.

One hundred percent of femoral stems and 98% of acetabular components were well-fixed at last followup.

Results: Visual sparing was achieved in 3 of 6 patients at last followup with a median follow-up of 2 years.
