For many years radiotherapy following radical orchiectomy was considered the golden standard for treatment.

All patients underwent radical orchiectomy, which demonstrated a GCT in all patients except for 3 patients who had received neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

The patient received palliative radiotherapy to relieving obstruction of blood flow tract caused by the intracardiac masses, followed by radical orchiectomy.
