There is no specimen either of the Pied or White Wagtail in the Museum.

The White Wagtail is included in Professor Ansted's list, but marked as only occurring in Guernsey.

White wagtails appeared in great numbers a few weeks ago, and sand-grouse are reported in vast numbers further north.
