In our experiment, we used the multiatlas label propagation with expectation-maximization- based refinement segmentation method.

Here, we initially pursued computation- based refinement of the ACAP1 lattice to identify its critical protein contacts.

After spline- based refinement of the detected vessel contours, the vessel widths are estimated from the binary maps.

The results of (1)H-PRE based refinement, in conjunction with previously obtained NMR restraints, indicate that significant gains in accuracy can be readily obtained.
