Significados de invariant mass en inglés

A common feature of the observed decay modes is threshold peaking in baryon pair invariant mass.

The first method uses the dijet invariant mass distribution while the second more sensitive method uses matrix-element calculations.

The search exploits the shape of the tb invariant mass distribution compared to the expected standard model backgrounds.

The invariant mass spectrum of the candidate top-quark pairs is examined for local excesses above the background expectation.

The data cover the resonance region, up to an invariant mass of W≈1.9 GeV.

No significant structure is observed in the dimuon invariant mass distribution, in contrast with a previous result from the HyperCP experiment.
