Kitchen appliance in form of a wand which can be used to blend ingredients or puree food.
1Boil potatoes with water, puree when cooked with a hand blender.
2Blend the soup with a hand blender until it is smooth.
3When the potatoes are ready, use a hand blender to blitz the soup smooth.
4Total power required to operate MSL: 300 watts -same as a hand blender.
5Then use an hand blender to blitz the whole lot till it is smooth.
6Remove from the heat and puree with a hand blender.
7Add the fresh mint and liquidise in a food processor or using a hand blender.
8Blend with a hand blender (stick blender), then fold in the frozen blueberries.
9You can eat it as is or whizz until very smooth with a hand blender.
10For a smoother sauce, use a hand blender.
11Now stir it, before removing it from the heat and blitzing it with a hand blender.
12Remove from the heat, remove the cinnamon sticks, and, using a hand blender, blend until slightly chunky.
13Use either a powerful blender or a hand blender to puree the cauliflower and stock until silky smooth.
14For making gravy, I also love my hand blender from Williams-Sonoma, and their rotary grater for my Locatelli cheese.
15Place in a blender or use a hand blender to puree along with the other dressing ingredients until very smooth.
16Use a small food processor or hand blender to blitz together the Alison's Pantry Brazil Nuts, spring onions, coriander, lime juice and olive oil.
